Job Description/ Responsibilities
requirement for an expert HRSD Employee onboarding resource who can do the following
Conduct and fine tune the requirements of the POC . We already have a high level requirement and successfactors
Configure and develop
a. 2 Journeys with 7 activities in each journey ( Out of the 7 activities 5 are already existing service catalogs) b. 2 Managers c. 5 employees
Configure and develop
Manager Dashboard
Configure and develop
New Hire Dashboard
Employee center portal
Additional Information: Team size, direct reports, key deliverables, unique selling points, additional qualifications, team culture etc.
This resource will be a independent contributor, initially an POC needs to be developed and later we are expecting a larger program based on the POC
