Job summary
Mettle Ops is seeking a detail-oriented Entry-Level Proposal Coordinator to support proposal development efforts for government and industry customers within the defense manufacturing sector.
Responsibilities
- Organize, draft, and format technical content for government proposals and quotes in compliance with solicitation requirements
- Edit and standardize content from engineering, management, and subcontractor contributors into a consistent "one-voice" submission
- Select and integrate supporting materials such as tables photographs diagrams drawings charts review update proposal assets to ensure alignment with current customer requirements company capabilities coordinate with engineering production program management teams to gather validate clarify technical inputs support final quality checks ensure submissions are accurate complete compliant delivered on time
