- Clinical Oversight:
- Conduct functional assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans for clients.
- Provide ongoing supervision in a clinic setting and support a small team of 2-3 Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
- Collect and analyze data to evaluate the progress of clients and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
- Conduct regular parent/guardian meetings to provide updates on client progress and address any concerns.
- Authorization Management:
- Training will be provided. This is not an expectation upon hiring.
- Collaborate with insurance companies to ensure timely and accurate authorization of ABA services.
- Prepare and submit authorization requests, including all necessary documentation and assessments.
- Follow up on authorization requests, appeals, and any necessary documentation to secure approvals.
- Client Caseload Management:
- Manage a caseload of approximately 10 clients, providing direct ABA therapy and clinical oversight.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive client records, including progress notes, behavior plans, and relevant assessments.
- Ensure that all services provided align with best practices and the highest ethical standards.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Experience in ABA therapy, functional assessments, and developing behavior intervention plans.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and families.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for authorization management.
