Role Overview

The Customer Account Managers drive the success of our stores by leading the customer accounts department with a primary goal of achieving company standards for collections and lease renewals. They will strategically influence team performance to help customers achieve their ownership goals.

Assist General Managers with operational functions such as account recommendations, payment frequency, and accuracy monitoring.
