- You will evaluate assess patient function or ability including establishing a plan of care according to standards of practice Performs reassessment relative to initial evaluation and modifies plan of care as needed with outpatient hand therapy patients Demonstrates clinical skills with upper extremity splinting and hand therapy treatment interventions
