    Overview of the Controller role: As a Controller at our clients company, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the accounting operations and contributing to the organizations success. Your key responsibilities will include:

    • Managing all aspects of accounting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
    • Developing and implementing financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance.
    • Conducting regular financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to support strategic decision-making.

    Preferred qualifications for the Controller:

    • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field minimum
    • CPA required
    • Healthcare experience required
