Non Profit Financial Reporting Manager Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly financial statements, budget variance analysis reports, trend reports, annual agency cost reports, agency indirect cost reports, and annual functional expense reports.
• Assist external firm with the preparation of form 5500, form 990, and other regulatory reporting requirements specific to non-profit organizations.
• Prepare Federal and State single audit binder schedules.
• Review and release temporarily restricted funds received from donors.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with multiple departments to prepare internal and external reports that align with the mission and goals of the organization.
• Create and format system-generated financial reports in the company's ERP Accounting system.
• Supervise staff accountant(s) as needed.
• Develop and support process improvements to establish best practice procedures related to financial reporting in the non-profit sector.
