    Regular Full-time NY/NJ

    The Installer is responsible for the quality installation of new products within schedules and budgets, including Hufcor and other products sold by the distributorship.


    Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Complete the installation of all products sold by the distributorship per the schedule and budget
    • Solve field and site problems or issues that interfere with the successful completion of the project
    • Verify and complete field dimensions and site conditions
    • Complete punch lists and get required customer signatures
    • Generate service or maintenance contract leads
    • Assist with service projects as needed
    • Cross-train in other responsibilities
    • Participate in ongoing process improvements
    • Timely and accurate completion of essential responsibilities
    • Active involvement in achieving corporate goals
    • Travel to other distributor sites as requested, when available

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

    • Strong technical/mechanical aptitude with basic knowledge of construction practices
    • Ability to work with hand and power tools
    • Ability to be certified in construction equipment such as lifts
    • Ability to pass any site required drug testing and criminal background checking
    • Ability to read blueprints and layouts
    • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
    • Organized, detail and quality oriented
    • Strong interpersonal skills and a focus on customer satisfaction Minimum
      Education and Experience:
    • Education equivalent to a high school diploma
    • Minimum of two years of construction experience
