    This person will oversee, and lead continuous improvement projects, the perfect role for a change agent.

    Operation Supervisor$$: 95k-120kOverview of Role:Motivating and developing staff through performance management and training initiatives.
    Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
    Implementing proactive maintenance programs to optimize resource utilization and enhance plant reliability.
    Prioritizing safety as a core value and fostering a culture of safety among staff.
    Maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.


    Experience Needed:
