Description

Working closely with business partners creating a real and active partnership with both operations and management and providing 'real time' support and analysis, to be a trusted adviser and to add value that will assist in decision making.

Accountabilities and responsibilities

Evaluate continuously pricing and margin per skus, and customers to ensure and defend the margins and financial goals.
Prepare Sales Forecast based on the feedback from the business channels, production, and follow up the execution.
Participate in the S&OP meetings to analyze and propose alternatives to achieve business and financial goals.
Provide insights for opportunities/risks through financial, market, and external sources of information.

Initiates/executes analysis to support business case development for new customers, business opportunities, product portfolio and asset optimization by working closely with sales, supply chain, marketing, and finance team.

Analyze weekly the main indicators that affect working capital and prepare cash flow analysis to be submitted to corporate team.

Support the month-end closing producing accurate information and journal entries.
Create Ad-hoc business models, reports, and scenarios.
Lead the Budget Preparation working closely with the local and corporate team.

Qualifications

Finance/Accounting degree.
10+ years of progressive work experience in Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis, Budgeting, Pricing, and Profitability.
Minimum 3 years working and supporting Business and Pricing decisions.
Expert/Master level in Excel
Power BI reporting/modeling experience. Savvy with technology and use intelligent tools to analyze financial and operational information.
SAP experience
Build respect, influence, and strong relationships across the organization.
Excellent communicator.
Be a facilitator of finance in the business to make sure all levels understand how to create value.
Influence and challenge across the business to ensure processes and activities are geared for maximum performance.
Bilingual English-Spanish preferred
