Supporting day to day operations for ERP replacement project, operational support and troubleshooting

Day in the life:

first line of defense for users, interfacing with stakeholders, would need to facilitate communication with good customer service skills, attend meetings and collaborate with team members on escalations.

Support change control process.
Be using email, chat, hallway conversations and NOT using a ticketing system for this day-to-day support.

Team composition:
interfacing w/global teams, associate directors, working with SAP Center of Excellence
Support and optimize SAP solutions for CAR-T Cell and Gene manufacturing and IT systems for the production facility.

Provide operational support of SAP manufacturing, quality, logistics processes and SAP-MES integration for the efficient, effective and reliable operation for all stakeholders.

Train and build the Super User community network for better operational support
Provide user input for the design of system functionality, test cases and business scenarios
Work closely with Global teams to implement global solutions at production facility
Ensure that the systems supporting the process are in compliance with company standards
Ensure overall alignment within technical solution and teams
Maintain close working relationships with site cross functional teams
Support the operational change control process
Interface with external vendors to make sure that business needs are met
Support role, may have some troubleshooting calls
Bridge btwn business needs and anything escelated to IT Teams

Qualifications

Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology or other Life Sciences/engineering.
Requires GMP Knowledge
Can hit ground running with Quality Management Systems (Deviations, CAPA's, Quality Event)
At least 4-5 years pharmaceutical manufacturing experience (including a detailed knowledge of BPO Processes, GxP, Compliance Regulations, ERP)
Comprehensive experience in commissioning and start-up of biopharmaceutical manufacturing plants
Strong customer and supplier relationship management experience
Solid understanding of the overall technical environment of the company
Strong influencing and negotiation skills
Good verbal, written and communication skills.
3+ years hands on experience with SAP ECC
4 years Cell and Gene experience desired
Experience in a global organization, and the ability to train a super user community preferred.

Schedule:
Hybrid 3 days in, 2 days remote; work day is 8-5 M-F

Enrollment dates are each January 1st, April 1st, July 1st, and October 1st.


Technical Certification Bonus:
Synectics is pleased to award its employees a bonus of up to $500 for an approved professional certification.

In determining the bonus amount, Synectics will consider the cost of the test(s) for any certification relating to your current position, achieved during your employment with us.

Only one Certification Bonus per calendar year may be awarded per employee. Only current, active employees will be eligible to receive this bonus.

It will be awarded 90 days after the Synectics office has received documentation confirming the successful completion of the certification.
