- Prepares and post accurate journal entries to the general ledger
- Reconciles various general ledger accounts monthly and records activity
- Maintains fixed asset and depreciation system including input, tracking, and analysis
- Accurately maintain and record purchase orders
- Analyzes financial transactions and ensures that they are appropriately recorded
- Effectively works with other departments to ensure financial transaction are recorded accurately

- 5+ years of corporate accounting experience
- Bachelor degree in Accounting
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Experience with SAGE is a plus
- Must have excellent work habits, be detail oriented and have strong communication skills What's on Offer
