    A day in the life:


    Partner with clients to develop and drive recruitment strategiesSource resumes for engineering, information technology and professional opportunitiesConnect with applicants and potential candidates to identify talent and build pipelinesMine for top performers in both traditional and unexpected placesTravel to colleges and community networking events to promote employment brandRecruit and interview qualified candidates and submit to appropriate client opportunitiesBuild candidate and client relationships through extensive interaction and diligent follow upWrite job descriptions and post job adsNegotiate and present employment offers and initiate pre-employment processProvide HR management support as needed for contract employeesWhat youll need:Discovery skills to find the client needs behind the qualification bullet pointsInterview savvy to uncover the talent and potential buried in resume textRelentless approach to daily work and the grit to see it throughProven ability to interact professionally and authentically with clients and candidatesCompetitive spirit and roll-up-your-sleeves attitudeExceptional organization and time management skillsWe work for youAnd we work hardWith over 60 years of success in the staffing industry, taking care of our partners in all things talent is top priority here, and it shows.
