Bolier Chief EngineerQUALIFICATIONS:
Must have overall knowledge of the Maintenance Boiler & Refrigeration Operation and the industryKnowledge and technical skills in a variety of maintenance jobsMust be people oriented, be able to understand employee s needs, good motivator, and be able to teach new skills to employeesUnderstand and comply with Company policy and proceduresGood communications skills, both verbal and writtenExcellent organizational, math and statistical skillsGood work history and attendanceTeam Player with leadership skillsTechnical training and certifications preferred but not requiredMember of the Hazmat teamMust have a Chief boiler license

DUTIES:
Supervise, evaluate and direct Maintenance Refrigeration and Boiler employees on shift in performing operations according to policies and proceduresStimulate maximize safety, efficiency, quality and productivity of maintenance employeesEnsure proper training of employeesMonitor and confirm that machinery, equipment and facilities are properly maintained and sanitized for efficient productionWork closely with other maintenance and production supervisors and management to promote efficiency and teamwork in the departmentAttend meetings as scheduled and calledPerform other duties as needed or assignedWe are an equal opportunity employer.
