    Director IT- CSS Manufacturing Experience Group Leader will have an overall accountability for the CSS Franchise Make IT Strategy, Manufacturing Technology Operations, Investment Strategy, and Reliability, and be the primary JJT partner for the CSS Franchise Manufacturing leadership team. The role cuts across CSS Platforms (CSS: Biosense Webster, Cerenovus, Mentor and Acclarent). This role also will manage the products needed for external manufacturing interface. The responsibility includes 12+ plants spread in all four regions - North America, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM.

    Major Duties & Responsibilities

    Business & Technology Strategy
    • Define vision, goals and objectives for Product group, co-shaping strategic demand with the business, and aligning business and technology strategies.
    • Product Management, Experimentation, Execution & Delivery.
    • Drive growth and enable differentiating SC capabilities as competitive advantage through innovative technology solutions.
    • Sets clear vision for the product and is responsible for 0-5 years product strategy.
    • Responsible for ensuring that CSS Franchise Product Roadmap aligned with Business strategic roadmap for the segment, Understand the business's needs and priorities for the product.
    Product Management, Experimentation, Execution & Delivery
    • Drive growth and enable differentiating SC capabilities as competitive advantage through innovative technology solutions.
    • Sets clear vision for the product and is responsible for 0-5 years product strategy.
    • Responsible for ensuring that CSS Franchise Product Roadmap aligned with Business strategic roadmap for the segment, Understand the business's needs and priorities for the product.
    People Leadership/Talent Management
    • Drive strategic organizational and people development activities and developing leaders across J&J, ensuring focus on Diversity & Inclusion and continuous updating organization skills/knowledge profile.
    Investment, Financial & Value Management
    • Drive opportunities for cost optimization for the CSS Franchise. Partner with Business and IT Finance to streamline all financial tracking and management processes.
    Internal & External Partnership
    • Represent Supply Chain - Business Technology (SC-BT) with key Supply Chain stakeholders. Work across the senior CSS Franchise business leaders to set/influence supply chain strategy and ensure strategic SC-BT alignment and partnership.
    • Partners with supply chain business functions to shape and deliver business capabilities for the site while ensuring a reliable, compliant, and secure environment.
    • Collaborates Across JJT - Technical Services (TS), Product Lines (PL), Make Business Technology Leaders (BTL), Research Design and Engineering (RD&E), Information Security & Risk Management (ISRM) to drive outcomes.
    Qualifications

    Education
    • Bachelor's degree is required.
    • Master's degree is preferred.
    Experience and Skills:

    Required
    • 10+ years of experience managing technical or manufacturing transformation teams and working closely with executive level business.
    Other:
    • Role may require up to 25% travel.

    Anticipated Salary Range: $142,000 -$244,950 USD

    The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.
