The Senior Sales Operations Analyst supports and manages operational and administrative workflows and reporting for New Partnerships and Partnership Management (Sales). This position involves executing and optimizing key operational strategies objectives as determined by the Director of Sales Operations VP Partnerships stakeholders respectively.Responsibilities
- Assist with accountterritory transfers quota adjustments Runs territory optimization deployment analytics provides necessary input for annual territoryquota review Document communicate new processes to sales organization Helps identify specific targets within market subsegments prioritizes targeted opportunities sellers Works Marketing define Lead Maturation process act proprietor process Identifies automate streamlining manual processes partners other internal teams optimize crossfunctional workflows Creation maintenance all Sales documentation relating Partnerships Collaborate Finance Business Partner pricing worksheets opportunity order administration deal financial modeling related recognized revenue timing margin impact General Support needed Perform other duties assigned sales operations management Administer implement sales automation policies procedures ensuring security integrity companys data Responsible managing change management within database management cleanup uploads exports support teams Identify implementing functionality conjunction SFDC Admin driving efficiencies new functionality Provides training users operational functions Onboard train employees manage coordinate SFDC Admin accuracy timeliness Facilitates delivery ad hoc reporting sales management Assists creation modification Tableau reports custom Analytics Power BI dashboards campaigns meet business needs Conducts analysis understand health CT pipeline Create pipeline reports enforces rules standardization ensure accurate funnel Other duties may apply required.
