    Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking a Business Management Analyst for the Strategic Deterrent Systems (SDS). Candidate will report to the SDS Manager of Business Management for the SDS Systems Division located in Roy, UT.
    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to

    :

    Interface with Program Managers and Business Unit Managers to provide financial analysis on program performance
    Support multiple internal and external compliance audit requests
    Perform ad-hoc financial analysis as required to support Global Supply Chain (GSC) management
    Oversee forecasting process for GSC Materials and Subcontracts for multiple SDS Programs
    Perform ad-hoc financial analysis as required to support GSC management and provide needed detail to business management
    Basic Qualification
    Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years' relevant experience in financial analysis, procurement, supply chain, or business/project management. Or in lieu of a degree, 7 years' relevant experience in financial analysis, procurement, supply chain, or business/project management.
    Proficient in Power BI, Tableau, SAP, or other large scale ERP systems
    Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance
    Proficiency using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Access)
    Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance
    Preferred Qualifications
    Prior work experience in Aerospace & Defense
    Expertise in the government regulations FAR and DFARS
    Previous experience leading cross functional teams
    Prior work experience with Power BI, Tableau, SAP, and/or other large scale ERP systems
    Experience with data mining and use of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
    Proficiency using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Access)
    Master's Degree in a related field
    Salary Range:

    $62,200 - $93,400


    The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

    Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.

    In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
