- Maintain an accurate balance in assigned bank
- Cash tickets and personal checks for currency
- Redeem foreign currency, computing accurate exchange rates for the various currency received
- Maintain a working knowledge of the facility, as well as special events on property, in order to advise guests of same, whenever possible
- Assist other Cage and Club Representatives as needed
- Maintain a working knowledge of the Players Club in order to effectively explain to guests
- Resolve minor guest conflicts related to Players Club
- Facilitate the flow of information throughout the property, by attending regularly scheduled departmental meetings
- Accountable, to a high degree, for the accuracy and thoroughness of departmental records and reports
- Ensure a maximum level of guest service and satisfaction is achieved and maintained
- Distribute program coupons to guests and redeems coupons as necessary
- Issue comps to guests when appropriate level of play has been achieved
- Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations
- Provide outstanding customer service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Previous cash handling and customer service experience preferred
- Prior experience working in a team or group environment
- Ability to interact with guests in a professional and courteous manner at all times
- Able to functionally communicate occupational-based English, both written and verbal
- Able to accurately perform basic math skills
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
- Verify right to work in the United States
