    Cedar Grove Respiratory & Nursing Care Center stands out with its specialized care offerings, including the largest vent unit in New Jersey—a 32-bed facility supported by dedicated, 24-hour onsite respiratory therapists. Here, you'll play an essential role in the interdisciplinary team tasked with improving movement and managing pain for residents recovering from surgeries, injuries, or chronic illnesses.
    Your typical day will involve assessments, crafting personalized treatment plans, and working one-on-one with residents to achieve their rehabilitation goals. The focus remains on high-quality, patient-centered care.
    The position is full-time, over the span of 8 days (likely indicating a rotational or specialized schedule), allowing for comprehensive, meaningful impact on residents' lives while working alongside a dynamic team dedicated to excellence in healthcare delivery.
