    About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Operations Associate.

    In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent client experiences across a variety of situations and coordinating home modification projects.

    The ideal candidate should possess exceptional communication skills, a strong problem-solving ability, and a client-centric mindset.


    Responsibilities include:


    Onboarding incoming clients and connecting them with the service offerings that best meet their needsActing as the client's main point of contact throughout their entire journey, including clinician evaluation, purchase, pre-construction, and constructionCommunicating with clients, contractors, suppliers, and other internal stakeholders as needed throughout the project to ensure that everyone is on the same pageKeep detailed records of all cases in the company's CRM systemAbout YouThe ideal candidate would have the following qualities:Prior startup experience in healthcare or customer-facing roles is a big plusYou care deeply about helping others, especially older adultsYou have a sixth sense on how to handle delicate conversations and are the kind of person friends seek out for personal adviceAn outgoing personality and positive attitude coupled with exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.

    Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyComfortable with technology - we use Salesforce, Slack, Google SuiteComfortable with ambiguity - we are solving new problems, and we would love your help
