    About This Role

    We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker to join our team in supporting survivors of domestic violence.

    • This role involves providing short-term supportive services, case management, crisis intervention, counseling, and resource navigation for survivors and their families.

    Social Work Job Responsibilities:
    • Conduct thorough assessments to identify client needs, strengths, and barriers related to domestic violence.
      Foster Safety Planning: Develop personalized service plans with clients that outline goals, timelines, follow-up appointments,
      Counseling Services: Provide short-term counseling sessions tailored to each survivor's unique situation.</span>


    • Provide direct referrals to community-based resources. Ensure seamless coordination between healthcare providers,
    drug treatment centers,&courts etc.,
    promoting holistic care.
