    Wylander, a recruiting company specializing in the disaster restoration industry, is looking for an enthusiastic, organized, Customer Service Representative/Coordinator for a Water Mitigation and Mold Remediation company located in Berlin, CT

    Customer Service Representative/Coordinator Compensation and Benefits:

    • $43,000-$49,000 (DOE)

    We are seeking a highly organized and communicative individual who will be responsible for answering phones, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring efficient coordination of tasks including, inputting information into the CRM system, dispatching emergency crews when needed, and diligently following up with customers to ensure satisfaction. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Providing quick and accurate responses to vendors, agents, and customers
    • Follow up with customer regarding estimates and payments
    • Answer the phones, direct calls, and assist clients
    • Coordination with other departments and office staff to complete projects, paperwork and keep the processes timely for each project.
    • Assist with insurance claim handling.
    • Maintains notes and input information into the CRM and job field files, as necessary.
    • Handle office duties such as preparing and sending job related forms, daily work orders and daily communication with the Project Manager about ongoing projects.
    • Work and communicate with insurance companies, agents, and customers regarding their claims from beginning to end.
    • Enter data and ensure records are accurate and complete
    • Communicate a positive image of the company to the entire staff and customers.

    Requirements:

    • Experience in customer service, preferably in home services
    • Excellent written/oral communication skills.
    • High level of organization.
    • Strong ability to multitask.
