    Job Description:


    In your position as Lead Senior Consultant, you will work closely with contractors and government staff to meet the client's needs and fulfill the requirements as summarized in the job description.

    The Lead Senior Consultant will work directly with A2R Process Owners and submit progress reports timely to document deliverable progression.

    Also, the Lead Senior Consultant will assist stakeholders (external and internal) in developing Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) and execute audit walkthroughs with the External Auditors.

    Capture and disseminate A2R Process Owner Meeting MinutesSubmit Weekly and Monthly Project Status Reports to the technical representativeSubmit Trip/Travel Reports, as requiredAssist A2R stakeholders in preparing for and executing annual audit walkthroughsCreate and submit A2R-related audit remediation packetsAssist Assessable Units (AU) stakeholders in developing, updating, and submitting Corrective Action Plans (CAP) to Audit PMO on a bi-monthly basisCoordinate client stakeholder response to Notice of Findings & Recommendations (NFR)

    Assist AU stakeholders in receiving, understanding, and responding to Prepared-By
    • Client (PBC) requests before given deadlinesExecute any requested audit testing as requested by the client (e.

    , beginning balance)Assist the client in responding to the periodic CFO fluctuation analysisDevelop and deliver A2R focused trainings to stakeholders as requested by the clientDevelop and deliver A2R process flowcharts, narratives, and testing procedures, as neededResearch, document, and submit accounting white papers to assist A2R stakeholders' historical or alternatively value equipment assetsDeliver status reports, and briefings to client leadership, as requiredRequired Skills:

    Must have a minimum of 8 years of experienceBachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldMust have an active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph clearanceMust have experience working with acquisitions in the Property, Plant, and Equipment (PP&E) financial sectorMust have experience in audit readiness, internal controls, and OMB A-123 requirementsMust be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

    Desired Skills:

    Strong interpersonal relationship skills as you will be required to work with key stakeholders and process ownersGood working knowledge of the Department of Defense (DoD) federal financial regulations, standards, and processes.
