- Develop, implement, and maintain EHS procedures and programs.
- Conduct audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- 5+ years of HSE experience in a manufacturing environment (preferably pharmaceutical).
- Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and/or other regulatory requirements
- Experience with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, or similar management systems.
- Ability to influence and drive change across cross-functional teams.
