You'll step into a well-supported environment with experienced assistants, hygienists, and an organized front office that ensures your day runs smoothly. Our mentorship is real and tailored to you. Dr. Bowen offers guidance based on your experience and goals, covering treatment planning, efficiency, Invisalign, and implants when you're ready. With ongoing training every two months and modern technology at your fingertips, your clinical growth is our priority.
This is a long-term opportunity for an associate who wants to be the primary provider and leader in the office. You'll quickly build a full schedule, earn the trust of patients and staff, and have the option to pursue ownership. This role is designed for a dentist eager for responsibility, autonomy, and long-term impact.
