Job summary
The Dining Manager is responsible to enhance the overall Resident dining experience through the provision of exceptional management and fine dining training to Front of House employees and to uphold service standards.The Dining Manager coordinates culinary/dining activities for all dining venues:
Bistro, Casual, Formal, Luminations Memory Care Room Service and Club Room as well as special events and private functions.

- Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management highly preferred
