$15–$25/hr ALL-IN (Hourly + Uncapped Commission)

What You'll Do

Engage every guest with purpose — uncover their needs and match them with the right T-Mobile solutions.
Drive sales performance to exceed personal and store goals in postpaid, home internet, and beyond.
Master the art of service selling — accessories, P360, business solutions, and bundles.
Support marketing and community outreach to grow your local customer base.
Assist with daily store operations: opening, closing, cash handling, and inventory.
Keep the store organized, on-brand, and ready for success.
Collaborate with your team to push the district forward — together.

What You Bring

6+ months of proven success in retail or customer-facing sales.
A competitive, goal-driven mindset — you're hungry to win and earn more.
Strong communication, confidence, and follow-through.
Flexibility with scheduling (days, nights, weekends).
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
High school diploma or GED required.
Bilingual abilities a plus — connect with your community in more ways than one.
