We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our global payroll and benefits operations across the US, Canada, and the UK.

This includes advance payroll payments for all salaried staff managing payroll cycles for the US (majority), Canada (7 employees), and the UK (13 employees) ensuring timely accurate and compliant processing You will also administer multi-state benefits programs working closely with Human Resources Finance external vendors system integrations audit support Key Responsibilities Process monthly payroll all salaried employees overseeing payroll operations three separate days systems maintaining compliance local regulations Administer multi-state employee benefit programs including enrollment changes reporting Reconcile accounts prepare reports assist audits Collaborate HR Finance teams ensure data accuracy seamless integration between systems Maintain records respond inquiries provide customer service Recommend implement process improvements support upgrades best practices Required Qualifications Bachelors degree human resources accounting finance related field equivalent combination education experience Minimum years experience multi-state international payroll administration least years lead primary processor Experience administering employee benefits programs multiple state teams Proficient with software ERP systems Demonstrated organizational analytical problem-solving skills Microsoft Office Suite equivalent software The salary range this position is $40 hr Benefits contract professionals include medical vision dental life disability insurance Hired contract temporary professionals eligible enroll company 401(k)plan Visit for more information
