APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:Penn State Human Resources is seeking a dynamic, customer-focused, and detail-oriented individual to support the Office of the Senior Vice President for Research, The Graduate School, and the Donald P. Bellisario College of Communications in planning, implementing, and sustaining a wide range of human resources activities and functions. Job duties and functions include recruitment, onboarding, and retention of all unit employees (full-time and part-time faculty and staff, tech services, etc.); employment contract development and tracking; employee and labor relations; organizational development; talent management; total rewards and compensation; position management; diversity, inclusion and belonging initiatives and compliance monitoring. The position will support all aspects of our units' Human Resources, including but not limited to policy and procedure development and interpretation; employee performance; data input, analysis, and maintenance, standard and custom reporting, support of Workday and other human resources related data as needed; provide unit representation on various committees; and work with the Human Resources staff to implement new and/or continuing legal requirements or initiatives.

This position will be filled at the Advanced Professional or Senior Professional level, depending on the final applicant's experience and education. The Advanced Professional requires a minimum of a Bachelor's degree and three years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Additional experience and/or education are required for higher level positions.
The salary range for this position, including all possible grades is:
$68, $115,100.00
