    In this role, you will travel to customer sites (primarily within your state or region) to install, repair, troubleshoot, and maintain automated machinery and equipment.

    You will represent the company directly with customers, so strong communication and customer service skills are essential.


    This is a hands-on, technical position ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, learning new equipment, and working in a dynamic field environment.


    What You'll Do Install, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot a variety of automated and electro-mechanical equipment Perform routine and preventive maintenance to ensure uptime and equipment reliability Provide technical support and training to customer personnel as needed Document service activities and communicate clearly with customers and internal teams Travel regionally for service visits (typically week-long trips; occasional weekends) What We're Looking For Strong electro-mechanical background with experience maintaining automated machinery PLC knowledge (troubleshooting or familiarity) strongly preferred Ability to travel regionally for up to a week at a time Solid communication skills and professional customer interaction Stable work history and a desire to grow with a rapidly expanding company Compensation Time-and-a-half pay for overtime (40+ hours) Double time on Sundays Interested in hearing more?
