Responsibilities:

• Review, draft, and negotiate sales and supply contracts ensuring clarity and conciseness.
• Provide data protection and privacy support through the contracting process.
• Collaborate with internal and external privacy counsel on complex issues.
• Work with product and engineering teams to integrate privacy into LiveRamp's products.
• Offer privacy guidance to all company departments and ensure consistent legal approach.
• Stay updated on relevant legal guidance and industry best practices.
• Develop legal policies, facilitate training, and collaborate with legal professionals.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years PQE level with privacy/data protection experience.
• Experience in both law firm and in-house settings, preferably internationally.
• Deep knowledge of global data protection laws and industry practices.
• Expertise in AdTech and MarTech with a focus on business outcomes.
• Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in French and English.

Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and resolve issues efficiently.
