    Provide functional and technical support for Human Resources systems with a focus on Benefits & Absence.

    This role will collaborate with internal business and technical staff to design, develop, and support solutions within the Oracle HCM application landscape.

    Responsible for system requirements, development, process flows, test plans and projects. Reporting in accordance with Human Resources standards and procedures. Responsible for project management, through all phases of project life cycles, ensuring objectives are met. Business systems analysis with recommendations for improvements or enhancements.
