Vanguard EMS Inc is in the service business We build electronics assemblies for some of the most critical systems on Earth and beyond The SMT Programmer Split Shift is responsible for converting customer data into the machine programs They process many formats of customer data create shapes maintain libraries generate programs create production documentation and ensure programs work as expected on machine This role works closely with our Production Engineering and Product teams Although hours may vary standard working hours will bridge Day and Swing shifts.
