    POSITION SUMMARY
    This position ensures that front office operations run smoothly and efficiently. Answer all incoming phone
    calls, greet & assist all visitors, customers and employees and help coordinate meetings, events or
    appointments.

    Essential Functions Statement(s)


    • Interact, greet and communicate current status and changes in information with employees,
    customers and visitors


    • Keep a safe and clean reception area
    • Manage company personal protective equipment (PPE) for employees and visitors
    • Notify company personnel of visitor arrival
    • Answer all incoming phone lines and route to appropriate parties
    • Assist in the coordination of organizations appointments or meetings
    • Assists with coordination of on-site interviews; greeting interviewee, offering water, & directing where
    to go as well as informing interviewers of status


    • Check in visitors and ensure the first steps of the visitor security process are followed by monitoring
    log book and issuing visitor badges


    • Sort and distribute mail; handle out going mail (USPS), contact employees when packages arrive
    • Monitor and distribute 'Contact Us' emails
    • Assist customer and tech support with basic functions; parts and pricing requests, PO status, order
    dating, etc.


    • Aide with customer correspondence
    • Assist with customer and tech support phone analysis and documentation
    • Offer admin support across the organization
    • Order supplies for customer facing departments, as needed
    • Other project work as assigned

    Supervisory Responsibilities:

    This job has no supervisory responsibilities.


    SKILLS & ABILITIES

    Education: High School diploma/GED required. Associate degree in a business related field is preferred.

    Experience:
    Minimum of 2 years' experience in as a receptionist or front office coordinator, or 3-5 years
    working in a clerical environment as and administrative assistant.

    Computer Skills: Skilled with MS Office suite and working knowledge of multi-line phone systems.


    Certificates & Licenses: N/A


    Other Requirements: Experience with multi-line phone system, good organizational skills and multitaksing abilities, with an outgoing personality and a passion for people interaction.
