- Develop and maintain professional relationships with customers across assigned territories.
- Prospect, generate, and qualify leads through outbound calls and in-person visits.
- Promote and sell supplies, equipment, and training services.
- Prepare proposals and presentations to prospective customers and meet monthly sales goals.
- Safely operate a company vehicle to visit customer sites and generate new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records, expense reports, and required sales documentation.
- Coordinate and participate in sales meetings and product training sessions.
- Ensure company vehicle is kept clean, organized, and in good repair.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer feedback and inquiries.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned that support the success of the team and organization.
- Lifting/Carrying: Up to 30 lbs
- Movement: Standing, walking, bending, and occasional sitting throughout the workday.
- Driving: Frequent travel to customer sites within assigned territory.
- Proven experience in B2B sales or related customer-facing roles.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- High energy level and self-motivation to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Dependable, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Enthusiastic, positive, and committed to doing what's right for the customer and company.
- Professional demeanor and clean driving record required.
- Fast-paced environment with both office and field-based responsibilities.
- Exposure to variable weather conditions while traveling within assigned territory.
- Occasional irregular hours may be required to meet business needs.
