The Customer Success Manager helps companies learn adopt and scale their applications with the product portfolio by developing successful partnerships with customers ensuring they realize the desired value from our products.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong customer relationships with stakeholders sponsors to ensure Solos activities align to the customers desired business outcomes
  • Develop success plans aligned to your customers business goals
  • Accelerate adoption minimize customer churn through a programmatic approach that ensures regular touchpoints guides the customer to value success throughout the customer lifecycle
