- Establish programming curriculum for Pre-College Resident Advisors to implement
- Coordinate a welcome event as part of the Pre-College orientation process
- Develop assessment to determine impact of Pre-College residential initiatives
- Train, supervise, and evaluate a staff of eight (8) Pre-College Resident Advisors
- Hold biweekly one on one meetings with each staff member
- Execute a weekly staff meeting with Pre-College Resident Advisors to address concerns
- Advise Pre-College Resident Advisors and Campus Safety on crisis response for
- Respond as needed to situations that arise and write corresponding incident reports
- Oversee the opening and closing processes for Pre-College residents
- Assist with room assignments for Pre-College residents
- Follow up with maintenance and facilities issues as they arise; ensure that Pre-College
- Refer students to campus partners and resources
- Provide information about Pre-College and Wheaton College Code of Conduct and
- Monitor and report concerns to Coordinator and/or the staff members on call
