Job summary

The IT Help Desk Coordinator provides day-to-day technical support to Bank employees.
The position involves troubleshooting issues, documenting resolutions, and learning from past experiences.
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and knowledge of Windows operating systems.
They will be able to install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software,
as well as troubleshoot computer-related issues in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot software/hardware issues to resolution.
  • Escalate issues internally or to vendors as needed.
  • Maintain workstations with required software patches.
