New Student Assessment Coach

As the New Student Assessment Coach, you will be the first point of contact for every new player who walks through The Golf Room's doors. You will conduct our signature New Student Assessment (NSA) — a 90-minute, high-value introduction to The Stock Shot Journey system — and help each player identify the right coaching pathway for their goals.

You will also maintain your own roster of private clients, contribute to our Elite Junior Academy, and embody the teaching standards of The Golf Room. This is not just a sales job. It's a transformational coaching and consulting role — part golf instructor, part performance advisor, part trusted guide.

Experience Required:

• Proven track record in high-ticket sales ($3,000–$20,000 offers or higher) — with verifiable results.
• Deep understanding of golf swing mechanics and player development principles.
• Familiarity with The Stock Shot Journey System or willingness to master it quickly.
• High emotional intelligence — able to connect, read energy, and inspire trust.
• Confident communicator who can lead conversations from evaluation to enrollment.
• Organized, disciplined, and data-driven — you take ownership of your numbers.
• Competitive but coachable — thrives under feedback and accountability.
• Passionate about helping players achieve their potential.
