    Description

    Join a leading cheese production facility focused on quality, safety, and teamwork. We're seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our production team. You'll work in a temperature-controlled environment, packaging cheese products and ensuring quality standards are consistently met.
    Key Responsibilities:

    • Operate on a fast-paced production line to package cheese products.
    • Rotate between various stations throughout the shift.
    • Perform quality assurance checks to maintain production standards.
    • Follow all safety and sanitation protocols.
    • Maintain a clean work area and adhere to all GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) guidelines.
    Work Environment:
    • Temperature-controlled facility (approximately 60°F).
    • Company-provided PPE and uniforms (shirt, pants, boots, etc.).
    • Standing for long periods and performing repetitive tasks.
    Requirements:
    • Ability to work 12-hour shifts and lift up to 30 lbs regularly (up to 200 lbs total per minute during peak tasks).
    • Clean background check required.
    • Must pass a pre-employment hair follicle drug screen.
    • No jewelry, eyelash extension makeup, or acrylic or painted nails allowed on the production floor.
    Schedule: Rotation schedule / Open-ended
    • 12.5-hour shifts (6:00 PM - 6:30 AM)
    Pay: $20.00/hour
