    Job Description:
    We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team.

    The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of financial principles, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

    As a Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting various financial functions within the company and providing valuable insights to drive strategic decision-making.


    Responsibilities:
    Conduct financial analysis, including but not limited to budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
    Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
    Perform trend analysis to identify key drivers of financial performance.
    Assist in the development of financial models to support strategic initiatives and business decisions.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and provide actionable insights.
    Monitor industry trends and economic indicators to assess potential impact on the company's financial performance.
    Participate in ad hoc projects and initiatives as required.


    Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; Master's degree or CFA designation preferred.
    2+ years of experience in financial analysis or related role.
    Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with teams across the organization.
    Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
    Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
