What You'll Do
As an In-Store Lead Setter, you are the face of our brand inside retail locations.
This is an active, customer-facing role — perfect for outgoing personalities who enjoy talking with people and getting rewarded for their effort.
Your responsibilities include:
Engaging shoppers in a friendly, natural conversation
Introducing homeowners to our remodeling services
Generating interest and setting FREE in-home consultation appointments
Representing our company professionally inside Sam's Club and Home Depot
Creating positive energy and excitement around our displays
Working alongside store associates to identify interested customers
No selling. No closing. Just connecting and setting appointments.
