    Position Summary:

    The Fox Project Manager role requires a self-motivated individual to work in a dynamic environment with multiple departments to ensure an on time and successful launch for a given product is achieved.

    Position Responsibilities:
    • Will be responsible for creating and managing project schedules, requirement documents, facilitating design reviews, sample demand, manufacturing activities, testing activities, and hosting weekly/monthly project status reviews.
    • Consults with project cross functional team members to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority.
    • Directs and coordinates activities of project scope to ensure project progress is on schedule and within required budget.
    • Reviews status reports modifies schedules or requirement document as required.
    • Prepares and presents monthly status reports.
      Confers with project personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems.
    • Achieves operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; determining system improvements; supporting implementing change.
    • Meets financial objectives by documenting project scope requirements.
    • Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
    • Daily communication between sales, marketing, engineering, test, procurement, and manufacturing will be required.
    Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required:
    • Experience in Microsoft Office programs with emphasis on Microsoft Project and Excel
    • Working knowledge of CAD software Pro-Engineer/Creo is a plus
    • Strong process improvement knowledge
    • Excellent leadership capabilities
    • Ability to track project financials
    • Highly organized and able to balance multiple projects and multiple meetings on a daily basis.
    • Understanding of performance management and product/project requirements
    • Mountain Bike riding skills

    • Mechanical, design knowledge or bike product experience: Needs to have a solid understanding of how mechanical mechanisms work and or experience with mountain bike products.
    • Oracle experience a plus: understanding how to navigate inside Oracle database system
    Position Qualifications:

    Education:

    Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent

    Experience:

    3-5 years of project management experience, specifically Design and Manufacturing of complex products

    Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

    Office Environment

    Ability to sit for long periods of time

    Vision abilities required to validate and enter data on computer

    Outdoor bike testing opportunities
