- Perform bench development test functions and debug designs
- Supervise technicians, provide training and technical support
- Manage lab and test equipment, procure consumables
- Supervise electronic or lab technicians
- Handle audit requirements like wrist strap testing
- Develop and execute lab test protocols
- Create test fixture documentation
- Investigate field failures, identify root causes, and document investigations
- AAS in electrical technology or 5-7 years of equivalent experience
- ASQ CQT Certification
- Strong oral and written communication skills required
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
