Job summary
The Nurse Program Supervisor is responsible for clinical administrative supervisory work in the coordination of program services, quality assurance and personnel services within the department.- Responsible for performance management and leadership, including but not limited to coaching mentoring clinical subordinates employee counseling employee performance appraisals conflict resolution and schedule adherence
- Liaison between Program Manager and Team keeing team abreast on all aspects concerning the Programs
- Plans daily schedule assigns tasks ensures daily goals are met Submit daily weekly reports to Program Manager regarding productivity data of team individual level Provide organization direction for daily clinical support according to scope of services provided in statement of work Evaluate monitor Programs needs identify unmet needs provides recommendations internal process improvement workflow efficiency Follow program guidelines assists implementation process improvements Problem solves issues autonomy serves first line escalation clinical staff regarding complex situations communicate patient healthcare providers Assist preparation participation client audits Communicates coordinates interdepartmental stakeholders resolve program specific escalations conflicts questions Routinely conducts quality assurance activities reviews meetings reports observation results according standard operating procedures program specific procedures regulatory compliance Evaluate quality effectiveness clinical services identify areas opportunity improvement Oversee required training licensure competencies clinical staff Identify report pharmacovigilance information required by clients i.e Adverse Events Participate conduct team meetings Assists hiring clinical staff On time adherence training deadlines corporate policies procedures governing access confidential data Ensure all SOPs followed consistency Other responsibilities assigned
