Loan Imaging Specialist – Premier Community Bank

Premier Community Bank is growing, and we're looking for a Loan Imaging Specialist to join our team. This role plays an important part in ensuring accurate, compliant, and well‑organized loan documentation that supports our customers, our lenders, and our participating partner banks. What You'll Do:

• Process, index, and maintain loan documents in the bank's imaging system
• Manage the loan imaging inbox and ensure timely handling of incoming files
• Review electronically signed documents for accuracy and compliance
• Serve as the primary contact for participation banks for document delivery and follow‑up
• Support audits and examinations by retrieving and preparing requested documentation
• Assist with maintaining retention procedures and identifying workflow improvements

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
• 1–3 years of experience in loan operations, imaging, or related banking support
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Comfort using multiple software systems, including Outlook and Excel
• Solid communication skills and a collaborative mindset
