Eastridge Workforce Solutions, a prominent provider of workforce management solutions, is hiring a Production Assembler/Operator for a calibration company specializing in precision instruments. The company leads in electrical, RF, temperature, humidity, pressure, and flow measurement equipment and services.

Location: Everett, WA

Pay: $25+/hour DOE

Shift:7:00 am to 3:30 pm Mon-Fri

Responsibilities:

• Assemble mechanical units and/or electronic systems to create subassemblies, assemblies, or complete units using hand tools, power tools, jigs, fixtures, and miscellaneous equipment.
• Prepare, assemble, rework, and test products at various assembly stages, ensuring adherence to established assembly procedures, processes, and standard work.
• Participate in continuous improvement processes.

Qualifications:

• Accurately follow work instructions and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
• Maintain high-quality control standards by examining products for flaws and variations according to specifications.
• Keep clear data records of build specifications, test results, and daily performance.
• Monitor project work and meet deadlines.
• Communicate inventory status to buyer planners.
• Work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to stand/walk for up to 10 hours per day.
• Ability to occasionally lift material weighing up to 40 lbs.
• Preferred: 2+ years of experience.
• Comfortable with hand tools.
