Job summary

This position provides support to the Program Manager and assists Disaster Case Managers. Providing clerical support by performing general office duties, including managing emails and phone calls, and coordinating meetings and conference calls.

Responsibilities

  • Document Management – Maintain accurate records and documentation related to substantial damage estimates, including assessments, reports, and correspondence.
  • Correspondence Generation – Draft, proofread, and distribute formal correspondence as directed.
