    Job Title: International & Mass Market Logistics Specialist

    We are Fun In Motion Toys, a leading manufacturer of innovative movement products that bring happiness and health to families worldwide.

    We are seeking an experienced logistics specialist to join our team in managing international and mass market orders, ensuring seamless receiving, shipping, and invoicing processes.

    Responsibilities:

    • Enter new orders from mass market portals into various systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all platforms.
    • Verify mass market channels and enter information (commission, deductions, sales reps, discounts) for each distributor or mass market customer.
    • Set Mass Market orders to ship from the proper shipping accounts and add special shipping instructions for each order.
    • E nsure all labels, information, and paperwork are correct and properly placed for each daily shipment.
    • Manage inventory levels to ensure precise order fulfillment for Mass Market.
    • Work with mass market reps and help desk on chargebacks within mass portals to ensure accurate entry.
    • Assist with freight quotes and deliveries as needed.
    • Onboard new distributors in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) with attributes and distributor information.
    • Set up international orders for shipping from the appropriate accounts, adding special shipping instructions.
    • Collaborate with the factory to ensure timely and efficient fulfillment of international orders.
    • Create Factory Purchasing Orders and update Inventory discussions sheet as international orders come in and ship out.
    • Cross-train knowledge of international/mass markets and advance newer employee knowledge and training in these departments.
    • Maintain weekly order flow sheet, addressing special circumstances such as order issues, pending payments, and shipment errors.
    • Generate sales reports daily, weekly, monthly, and annually as requested.
    • Support fellow team members by assisting with projects and tasks to drive progress forward.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or supply chain.
    • Experience with Walmart, Target, Amazon, etc., logistic operations.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
    • Familiarity with Walmart Retail-Link and Target Retail operations.
    • Depth knowledge of each mass market portal and understanding tools and apps within the portal.
    • Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs.
    • Strong data analyst skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
    • Problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced working environment.
