This position will lead and coordinate Schreiber US Automation Systems and Controls Engineering strategy with the responsibility to maintain improve manufacturing automation systems development primarily for US Operations however global support may be necessary.Responsibilities
- Build lead coach mentor develop high performing automation systems controls engineering teams reinforcing process analytical strategies data driven decision making principles instilling culture accountability results continuous improvement people first.
- Support maintain effective systems automation leading improve operational efficiency effectiveness capability network.
